Ceramics is a dirty business!
I like to take measures of the environmental impact here in the studio. As an offset to the electricity use and fumes produced through firings, the packaging used to protect your purchase is paper-based and 100% recyclable while making sure your purchases arrive safely.
New Zealand
Postage is calculated at checkout and determined by destination and weight.
ParcelPost Tracked is my postal service of choice. All packages are Tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Local Pick-up
I offer Pick-up from the studio door. This can be arranged if you live locally around Dunedin and would like to collect. At the checkout, choose the PICK-UP option. No shipping fee applies. After payment confirmation, a separate email will follow to arrange a day and time for you to visit the studio. It's that easy!
PO Boxes
Items are shipped to physical addresses only. I cannot ship to PO Boxes.
International
Don't hesitate to contact me to arrange a custom quote for shipping. International shipping is with New Zealand Post.
Please be aware that you are liable for any customs or import duties (ie, VAT) levied in your country.
